Reload Design is currently looking for candidates with formal training in marketing and sales (industrial design background and product development know how is a plus).
Successful candidates must be self-motivated to cultivate and sustain excellent external client relations and internal relationships with Reload’s design teams. The primary responsibility is to identify, develop and nurture future and existing clients who have exciting, meaningful and profitable opportunities where Reload can add value. Additionally, the new sales person will need to be able to understand the strategic intentions of the client and help them to understand and articulate how Reload’s processes and design thinking will help them to achieve their goals.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Exploring and defining potential clients and markets
• Targeting, responding, contacting and qualifying of potential clients
• Driving and managing the creation of sales presentations and marketing material
• Maintaining a collaborative pipeline of potential clients
In addition to sound marketing and sales insight, this role requires:
• The ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
• Empathy for other design disciplines
• Strong understanding of and passion for brand, business strategy and design
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, both in Swedish and English
• Excellent interpersonal sensing skills and a passion for relationships
• Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
• Fluency in PowerPoint and other presentation tools
Candidates should have previous operational experience, offering creative services to potential clients.
We are looking for candidates with 2-4 years of industry experience.
Salary will be offered based on candidate’s experience level.
